 Express orders must be placed before 2pm Eastern Standard time to be ship the same day. All ground shipment will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders will be shipped via major carrier like Fedex Ground, USPS or UPS. Each order will have a tracking number sent to your e-mail and a signature proof of delivery is required for all orders. Please note that the free shipping we offer is within the 48 contigious states. We do not offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. This service is a ground service offered by UPS, FED EX or USPS, it is by our choice which carrier is used. We are not responsible for any delays which may be incurred by the carrier. International Orders Please note, free shipping is not offered on international orders. Orders shipped outside of the Internationally are subject to the duties and taxes of your country.
