1. Is the price listed for rental or purchase?
The price listed is for purchase, we do not rent.
2. Do you offer free samples?
In order to maintain our costs low, we do not offer free samples, however a sample may be purchased by selecting quantity “1” of the item you are considering. We strongly recommend if you are unfamiliar with our colors that you purchase a sample to see the color to ensure that this is the color you need. As you are well aware there are several shades of all colors.
3. Do you accept returns/refunds?
We will accept a return or refund on regular priced items that are unused and unopened, however they are subject to our restocking fee of 20%. All clearance items are non returnable.
4. Do you ship outside of the United States?
We do ship internationally. Price quotes for international shipping can be seen by selecting your country information upon checkout. Here you will be given different options for shipping. Please note this is only shipping and handling on this side. You are the buyer will be responsible for all taxes and duties for the merchandise upon arrival into your country. Please research this before placing your purchase. We have nothing to do with taxes and duties in your country.
5. How quickly will my items ship?
We ship on a daily basis. Your item will ship within 48 hrs of your order being received. Upon shipment you will receive an email that your item has shipped. Your tracking number can be found by logging into your account with us. The tracking number will be posted there
- 6. What if i'm not home at the time of deliver?
Fedex requires that someone be present at the time of delivery at an apartment complex. They will not leave the package outside, you must pick up the package at a nearby fed ex location. Alternatively you can login to fedex.com and ask for a re- delivery attempt if you're unable to pickup the package. Packages returned to us will incur a 20% restocking fee.
