1. Is the price listed for rental or purchase?
The price listed is for purchase, we do offer rental items visit our showroom at 6142 S Orange ave Orlando Fl 32809 to see our full line of rentals and to get pricing information.

2. Do you offer free samples?
In order to maintain our costs low, we do not offer free samples, however a sample may be purchased by selecting quantity “1” of the item you are considering. We strongly recommend if you are unfamiliar with our colors that you purchase a sample to see the color to ensure that this is the color you need. As you are well aware there are several shades of all colors.

3. Do you accept returns/refunds?
We will accept a return or refund on regular priced items that are unused and unopened, however they are subject to our restocking fee of 20%. All clearance items are non returnable.

4. Do you ship outside of the United States?
We do ship internationally. Price quotes for international shipping are available if you call or email us at wholesaleweddingchaircovers@yahoo.com. Taxes and duties are the buyers responsibility.

5. How quickly will my items ship?
We ship on a daily basis in most cases however shipping times may vary. Due to weather, shipping providers and courier transit. Please remember to order as soon as possible to allow yourself ample time to receive your order.
Processing your order normally takes 1-4 business days before your order is shipped. Timing varies during peak season or high volume. If your order requires Express shipping your processing time will be expedited.
Express shipping orders that are within the continental United States will be shipped the same day if the order is received before 3:00 PM (EST.). Any Express shipping orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST.) will be shipped the next business day.
- 6. What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
Fedex requires that someone be present at the time of delivery at an apartment complex. They will not leave the package outside, you must pick up the package at a nearby Fedex location. Alternatively you can login to fedex.com and ask for a re-delivery attempt if you're unable to pickup the package. Packages returned to us will incur a 20% restocking fee, shipping cost will not be refunded.
