Deposit: A hold will be placed based on the total rental amount. (Call for quote) Payment: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your items. Items must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your event. Pickup: Most rentals are available for pickup however larger items such as our Arch or couches must be delivered. A delivery fee will be required and based on distance. Delivery: Delivery charges are based on distance traveled. Cancellation: Items may be cancelled 30 days prior to your event. Items less than 30 days from your event MAY NOT be cancelled. Payment for damaged items/ items not returned: Rentals will be inspected by both staff and renter prior to leaving our store. Upon return of your rental items they will be inspected by staff. You will be notified of any missing or damaged items. You will be charged the full cost of any item(s) not returned. Cleaning: Items must be returned clean and in the same condition they were in upon receipt.
